1) Jerusalem’s political stability has been cemented – that after the Israeli parliament, or Knesset in Hebrew, approved the 2021 and 2022 state budget.
2) Prime Minister Najib Mikati urged information minister George Kordahi to “prioritize national interest over populist slogans” – that after the latter warned that demanding of him to resign will bring about the Lebanese government’s collapse.
3) Turkey and the United States are set to establish a joint working group to try to deal with outstanding bilateral issues.
